Who we are
Mini Brain Academy is operated by Laura Potočnik s.p., established in Slovenia. For any privacy question, contact hello@minibrainacademy.com.
What we collect
We collect as little as we can get away with.
- Your email address, which you enter at checkout. We need it to send your download link.
- Payment details, which go directly to Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Order records — what you bought, when, and the amount — kept for accounting and tax purposes.
This site has no analytics, no advertising trackers and no third-party cookies. We do not build a profile of you.
Why we are allowed to hold it
- Performing our contract with you — we cannot deliver a product you paid for without an email address.
- Legal obligation — Slovenian accounting law requires us to retain transaction records.
Who else sees your data
- Stripe processes the payment and holds the transaction record. See Stripe's own privacy policy.
- Resend delivers the email containing your download link.
- Cloudflare hosts the site and stores the product files.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
Order and transaction records are kept for the period required by Slovenian tax law. Download links expire after seven days. If you ask us to delete your data, we will remove everything we are not legally required to retain.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@minibrainacademy.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec).
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. Stripe sets cookies on its own checkout pages to process your payment securely and prevent fraud.
