How do I get the files?
As soon as your payment goes through, we email a download link to the address you enter at checkout. The link stays valid for seven days — save the PDF somewhere safe and you can reprint from it forever.
What if the email doesn't arrive?
Check your spam folder first. If it's genuinely missing, email hello@minibrainacademy.com with the address you used and we'll resend it the same day.
Can I print more than one copy?
Yes — as many as you like, for your own family or classroom. Reprint whenever a sheet gets filled in or lost. Please don't resell or redistribute the files themselves.
What paper size do I need?
Every sheet comes in both A4 and US Letter, so it prints correctly wherever you are. A standard home printer is all you need.
Can I get a refund?
Because the files are delivered instantly and can't be returned, sales are final once the download link has been sent. If something is wrong with the file or it won't open, contact us and we'll fix it or refund you. See our refund policy for the detail.
