What if the email doesn't arrive?

Can I print more than one copy?
Yes — as many as you like, for your own family or classroom. Reprint whenever a sheet gets filled in or lost. Please don't resell or redistribute the files themselves.
What paper size do I need?
Every sheet comes in both A4 and US Letter, so it prints correctly wherever you are. A standard home printer is all you need.
Can I get a refund?
Because the files are delivered instantly and can't be returned, sales are final once the download link has been sent. If something is wrong with the file or it won't open, contact us and we'll fix it or refund you. See our refund policy for the detail.
