Who you are buying from

Mini Brain Academy is operated by Laura Potočnik s.p., established in Slovenia. Contact: hello@minibrainacademy.com.

What you are buying

All products on this site are digital files in PDF format. Nothing is physically shipped. Each product page states what is included, the age range it is designed for, and the number of printable sheets.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euro and are the total you pay. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details.

We are currently exempt from VAT under the Slovenian small-business scheme, so no VAT is charged or shown on your receipt.

Delivery

Your download link is emailed to the address you provide at checkout, normally within a minute of payment. The link remains valid for seven days. Save the file once downloaded — it is yours to keep permanently, but the link itself expires.

If your link does not arrive, check your spam folder and then email us. We will resend it.

What you may do with the files

You may:

• Print unlimited copies for your own family or your own classroom
• Keep and reuse the files indefinitely

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense or redistribute the files
• Share the files publicly or upload them to file-sharing sites
• Claim authorship or remove attribution
• Use the designs in a commercial product of your own

Copyright in all products remains with Mini Brain Academy. You are buying a licence to use them, not ownership of the designs.

Refunds

Digital products are non-refundable once delivered, subject to the exceptions set out in our refund policy.

Liability

Our products are educational and organisational tools. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they do not replace advice from a qualified professional who knows your child.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Slovenian law. Nothing here limits the statutory rights you have as a consumer.
