Refund policy

Digital products and the right of withdrawal

Everything sold on this site is a digital product delivered instantly by email. Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. That right does not apply to digital content that has been delivered immediately, where you have given express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal as a result.

You give that consent at checkout. Once your download link has been sent, the purchase is final.

When we will refund you

We will always refund you if something is wrong on our side:

• The file is corrupted, incomplete, or will not open
• You received the wrong product
• The download link never arrived and we cannot deliver it to you another way
• You were charged more than once for the same product

In any of these cases, email hello@minibrainacademy.com within 30 days of purchase with your order details. We will fix the problem or refund you in full — your choice.

Before you buy

Because sales are final once delivered, please check the product page first. Each one lists exactly what is included, the age range it suits, and the file format. If you are unsure whether a kit fits your family, email us before buying and we will tell you honestly.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe. Bank processing usually takes 5–10 working days after we issue the refund.
